What are our arrival and departure times?
If you booked a camping pitch, you may go to your pitch from 2 pm and you'll have to vacate before 11 am. If you booked the houseboat, a lodge, a chalet, a cocosweet, a cabin or a villa you can check-in from 3 pm and you'll have to vacate the accommodation before 10 am.
What to do when arriving after reception opening hours?
Should you arrive after 6 pm we would appreciate it if you'd give us a ring or send us an e-mail. If the restaurant is open you can pick up your keys and more information there. Should both be closed we'll make a different agreement with you.
Can we park a car on the campsite or next to our accommodation?
Per camping pitch is one car allowed to park on the pitch. The same applies when you stay in a lodge, a chalet, a cocosweet, a cabin or the houseboat. At the villapark two cars are allowed to be parked on the premises per villa.
Do we have a pool on the premises?
We do have a kids' pool, max. water height 80 cm. Besides that we have a water playground paradise on the premises, an indoor waterplayground with a big slide. The waterheight is max. 40 cm here and there's a toddlers' pool there. For adults (from 21 and up) there's a wellness part with spa and a sauna. The sauna needs to be booked in advance and is free to use for all Paardekreeks guests. You're very welcome to come and play here even if you're not holidaying at De Paardekreek. Children up to 12 pay € 3,50 per person and adults pay € 1,50.
When will the animation team be there?
The animation team will be there during the May holidays, Ascension Day and Whitsunday bank holidays, every weekend in June and the summer and autumn holidays.
Are dogs allowed on the premises?
Dogs are very welcome on the leash at the campsite. You'll find several dog toilets on the campsite. Dogs are also allowed in our rental accommodations and villas on request. Staying with a dog at De Paardekreek will cost you € 5,50 per night.
Does the park provide WIFI?
You can use our WIFI system freely on the premises. All rental accommodations and villas provide their own WIFI system, just like at home. When the WIFI system is very slow, due to many users, you can also use an extra connection at reception.
How much Amperage is provided on the pitch?
Each pitch provides 10 Amperes.
Is an extra small tent allowed next to the caravan?
One small tent (2 people max) is allowed next to the camping unit or rental accommodation on the campsite, without extra charging.
What does a comfortpitch mean?
All camping pitches at De Paardekreek are comfort pitches and provide electricity hook-ups and tv connection plus private water and grey water points.
Can we do an early check-in?
During the quieter times it may be possible to check-in early.
Are we allowed to stay with more people in an accommodation than provided for?
If the extra people are under 4 and sleep in a cot it is permitted.
It is possible to book kids furniture?
It is possible to book a high chair or a cot, € 5,- per item per stay. Should you book one of our villas it is possible to book a kids friendly one. This means plugs are kidsafe and these will be a barrier at the bottom of the stairs. It also provides a cot, a play pen and a high chair. You'll pay € 30,- extra per stay for our kids friendly villas.
What type of coffee machine is provided in the accommodation?
Every rental accommodation provides both an ordinary coffee machine and a 'Senseo' one.
Does the accommodation provide an oven or a microwave?
Every villa provides a combination microwave, all the other rental accommodations provide a microwave.
